Services
Willow provides short-form video editing services for content creators and streamers. Services are delivered according to the package purchased at the time of order.
Package Limits
The following source footage limits apply:

Basic Edit: Up to 2 minutes of source footage

Creator Edit: Up to 5 minutes of source footage

Pro Edit: Up to 10 minutes of source footage
Footage exceeding these limits may require a custom quote.
Monthly Plans
Creator Monthly and Pro Monthly plans include the number of edits specified within the package.

Monthly edit allowances reset each billing cycle.

Monthly plans may be paused on request.

Unused edits do not accumulate indefinitely.

Additional edits may be purchased separately.
Delivery Times
Most edits are delivered within 12-24 hours.
Delivery times may vary during busy periods or when additional revisions are requested.
Revisions
Minor revisions are included where necessary.
Requests for substantial changes after delivery may require an additional fee.
Content Ownership
Customers must own the rights to any footage, images, music or content submitted for editing.
The customer retains ownership of their original content and the final delivered edit upon completion of payment.
Changes To Services
Willow reserves the right to update package pricing, features and terms at any time.
Refunds
Due to the custom nature of video editing services, refunds are generally not available once editing work has commenced.
